from President.
Healing is an act of love, an act of universal benevolence. To
study alternative medicines or holistic medicine or traditional
medicine at The Open International University for Alternative
Medicines is to take the important first step in the challenging and
rewarding journey of becoming a healer.
When you begin our programme, you will quickly realize that your own
all round development is essential to becoming a true practitioner of
holistic medicine, As you study the medicine you will also deepen and
expand your spiritual evolvement through our programme. And as you
begin to live the Tao - a truthful, natural way of life - you will
learn to heal the whole person, not just the symptom or the disease.
Our purpose is to prepare you to be a student to your patients, to be
a teacher who will raise your patients awareness, and to be a healer
who will form a partnership with your patients so that they can heal
themselves. At our University, you will gather the knowledge and
develop the wisdom to become an outstanding physician. But you will
never stop learning medicine, it is an endless and continuous
dedication to become an accomplished and compassionate healer of
traditional medicine.
